Technique: targeted sculpting movements, kneading and draining strokes with controlled pressure. The approach is firmer than traditional MLD, with careful attention to client suitability, tissue response and safe pressure selection. Treatment aims and benefits: encourage lymphatic flow in the targeted areas, help manage fluid-related bloating and water retention, and work towards a smoother-looking, more defined contour. Changes in the appearance of skin texture, tone or cellulite vary between clients; results are not guaranteed. Ideal clients: people seeking a targeted treatment for fluid-related bloating around the abdomen, waist, hips or thighs, or those interested in the appearance of a firmer, smoother silhouette. Consultation and contraindication screening guide every treatment. Typical treatment session: around 60 minutes. Where appropriate it may be combined with other treatments following consultation. This is the treatment length; the training course is one day. Results and expectations: visible changes may develop over a series of sessions as fluid-related swelling changes.
